Steering Committee A committee of three to five members is implemented to steer development and coordinate communications with different departments and managers.
Communication System
The communication system is primarily based on email systems such as Microsoft Office to facilitate the sharing of information without changing employee habits.
Other systems are used back-shop by the project management team.
