Multi-City’s follow up management system helps to implement new processes leading to more cohesive and efficient activities as well as to better coordinates circular economy projects at the municipal, RCM and regional levels.

It is a good system to

• Develop clean energy projects in collaboration with local economic development teams
• Develop COOPs in relation to the use of environmental technologies

Tools
We can implement this using Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with Salesforce in an almost seamless way for the participants of joint activities.

Challenges

The challenge is to successfully manage information in a way that the community will efficiently develop projects, business and local economy.

The key resides in the execution of the activities required to get success. If we do not execute the activities required on time, then we do not get the results expected on time.

The CRM Communication/Project manager provides the support to all users involved in Follow Up Process.

2) Business & Follow Up Process & Manager
The Business & Follow Up Process Manager has the operational capacity to get projects done. Making sure that each project is funded and that business development activities are done on time to meet requirement. This Manager is the pilot of our engine
